The Riverside Heights City Council is the governing body of the City of Riverside Heights, composed of five council members elected at-large to four-year staggered terms and a directly elected Mayor. The Council sets policy direction, adopts the annual budget of approximately $85 million, enacts ordinances, and provides oversight of city operations. Regular meetings are held on the first and third Tuesdays at 5:00 PM in the Council Chambers at 500 River Road. All meetings comply with the California Brown Act and are open to the public. Planning Commission
