Planning Commission

The Riverside Heights Planning Commission reviews development proposals, zoning changes, conditional use permits, subdivision maps, and general plan amendments. The five-member commission is appointed by the City Council and meets on the second Wednesday of each month at 6:00 PM. The Commission serves as the primary advisory body on land use and development, making recommendations to the City Council on major projects and policy changes. Members bring expertise in architecture, real estate, transportation, and community planning.
