The Riverside Heights Planning Commission reviews development proposals, zoning changes, conditional use permits, subdivision maps, and general plan amendments. The five-member commission is appointed by the City Council and meets on the second Wednesday of each month at 6:00 PM. The Commission serves as the primary advisory body on land use and development, making recommendations to the City Council on major projects and policy changes.
