Marcus Delgado

Vice Mayor Marcus Delgado has served on the Riverside Heights City Council since 2018. A certified public accountant and partner at Delgado & Associates, he chairs the Budget & Finance Committee and brings deep financial expertise to city governance. Delgado earned his B.S. in Accounting from Cal State San Bernardino. He is focused on maintaining the city's strong fiscal position, supporting local businesses, and expanding workforce housing. He is a member of the Riverside Heights Chamber of Commerce board.
