Angela Freeman

Council Member Angela Freeman was appointed to the Riverside Heights City Council in 2023 to fill a vacancy and subsequently won election in 2024. A civil rights attorney with the Inland Empire Legal Aid Society, she holds a J.D. from Loyola Law School. Freeman chairs the Community Engagement Subcommittee and is committed to expanding affordable housing, strengthening tenant protections, and ensuring equitable access to city services. She also serves on the Budget & Finance Committee.
