Katherine Novak

Katherine Novak has served as City Manager of Riverside Heights since 2023. She oversees all city departments, manages a workforce of 280 employees, and directs an annual budget of $85 million. Novak previously served as Assistant City Manager in Murrieta and as Community Development Director in Lake Elsinore. She holds an M.P.A. from the University of Southern California and is a credentialed member of ICMA. Her priorities include organizational excellence, infrastructure investment, and responsive constituent services.
