Steven Liu

Steven Liu has served as City Attorney for Riverside Heights since 2021. He leads a three-attorney legal team providing counsel to the City Council and all city departments. Liu graduated from UC Hastings College of the Law and previously spent 10 years in the Riverside County Counsel's office. He specializes in municipal law, land use litigation, Brown Act compliance, and public contracting. He is an active member of the City Attorneys Association of California.
