Monica Santos

Monica Santos serves as City Clerk for Riverside Heights, managing official records, Council meeting administration, elections, and public records requests. She holds a Certified Municipal Clerk (CMC) designation from the International Institute of Municipal Clerks and is working toward her Master Municipal Clerk (MMC) credential. Santos earned her B.A. in Public Administration from Cal State San Bernardino. She is focused on modernizing records management, improving meeting accessibility, and increasing civic engagement.
